For online orders:
Option 1: STANDARD DELIVERY
Order will be delivered in 3-5 working days. Orders received by 3 PM will be dispatched the same day. Standard delivery service is available for all UK and Channel Islands addresses.

Option 2: FREE STANDARD DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS £50 AND OVER*
All UK orders for over £50 are delivered free of charge by standard delivery. This offer applies to UK delivery addresses only. Orders received by 3 PM will be dispatched the same day. Standard delivery is within 3-5 working days as per usual standard delivery terms.

Option 3: EXPRESS DELIVERY
Orders received before midday will arrive the next working day for all Mainland UK addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands and other parts of Scotland.**

Option 4: EXPRESS PLUS DELIVERY
Orders received before midday will arrive on the morning of the next working day for all Mainland UK addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands and other parts of Scotland.**

Option 5: SATURDAY MORNING DELIVERY
Orders placed before midday on the preceding (non-bank holiday) Friday will arrive the following Saturday for Mainland UK addresses, excluding the Scottish Highlands and other parts of Scotland.**

*Standard delivery may take up to 7 working days during Sale periods. Free delivery applies to Standard UK Delivery only; all other delivery options including Saturday delivery are excluded from this offer.
Working days are Monday to Friday, and exclude Bank Holidays.
**Adverse weather conditions may result in delays to the delivery of your order.
Signature on delivery
All parcels must be signed for on receipt. Delivery can be made to an alternative address you have provided if there will be no one to sign for it at home during normal office hours. Delivery cannot be made to PO Box addresses.
Multiple deliveries
Please note that there is a separate charge for delivery to each separate address if you have specified delivery to more than one address when ordering.Orders to one address may be delivered in one or more separate deliveries.
Gift wrapping
Complimentary gift-wrapping is available for any products which are not already gift-boxed. You will have the option to add a personal message for a gift note at the delivery options stage.

Free European delivery of orders will be within 10 working days as per standard European delivery for orders totalling £100 or over.

Free delivery of orders will be within 21 working days as per standard Rest of World for orders totalling £150 or over.

European & Rest of World Delivery Terms
- AlaraApothecary will not deliver to PO Box addresses.
- Some items cannot be shipped overseas due to legislation that prohibits the shipping of goods that may be considered dangerous. For more information and a full list, please visit the Royal Mail website.
- Please be aware that deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to customs, regulatory or legal restrictions as stipulated by the delivery country. To comply with local legislation, you or the shipping recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees or levies. Import duty or formal customs entry may apply to all products purchased from AlaraApothecary. We are unable to offer any assistance or advice if either issue arises.
- International parcels are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For, and cannot exceed 2kg. Please ensure that there will be somebody available at the delivery address who will be able to provide a signature for your parcel. All deliveries must be signed for on receipt.
- All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices may therefore be displayed at a higher or lower price than previously stated. UK VAT will be removed and your local taxes, duties and charges will be added in line with the policy of the delivery country. The total for your order is confirmed at the checkout stage, before you proceed to pay and compete your order.
